Cafe  I t’s been years since I last blog, I don't know what urge me to blog again, so here's a post about my experience at fArt tArtz Cafe at 1 Expo Drive #02-04 s486150 (Upp Changi), they offer a All-Day dine in menu consist of: Coffee, Tea and other alcoholic/ non- alcoholic beverages, Desserts and of course their specialties - NO-bake desserts in form of Tarts, Cuppies / Jars and Cakes. Well me being not a typical café hopper actually chances upon a review about this café and decided to give it a try, and indeed it’s not disappointing at all.
