Kim's Noodle

Looking for a quick meal fix? Kim's Noodle might just be the one for you!
Bringing you the hometown taste of Kinmen. Each packet of Kim's Noodles are handmade and sun-dried making it a healthier choice compared to the usual noodles which are usually deep-fried.
Using the natural drying process, the noodles are both stabilizer and preservative free!

The ingredients used in Kim's noodle are all plant-based with no artificial spices and lard, making it vegetarian friendly!

The Vermicelli Noodles has a chewy and consistency texture, the scallion sauce brings out the unique aroma and flavour of Taiwanese scallion. The sauce is so flavourful that the noodles taste so good on its own!
Kim's Noodles Knife-Cut Noodles with Pepper Sauce
Kim's Noodles Knife-Cut Noodles has a thin yet bouncy texture. Honestly, I have never thought that the taste of these instant Knife-cut noodles could taste as good as those freshly made ones. If you like mala food, you will definitely love this one! The Sichuan chili hot sauce has a tough-numbing chili taste that comes with savoury and sweet taste from the soy sauce, flavourful yet not overwhelming at all.
How to cook?
Preparing these noodles are really easy as well!
1. Boil the water. Put noodles into the pot and stir it slowly
2. Cook for 4 mins for Vermicelli noodles or 6 mins for Knife-Cut noodles, also depending on your preferred noodles texture
3. Put the sauce in bowl, and mix it with the noodles
4. For smoother texture, keep some noodle water and mix it with the sauce. Add some chopped
green onion or egg according to personal preference
