Do you know that our diet actually affects our skin directly?
likewise what people always said, you are what you eat. Being someone who loves Carbohydrates like white rice, bread etc. I couldn't have a meal without them. These food are known to have high Glycaemic index (GI) and High GI food causes increase sebum production, which eventually leads to the reason behind my clogged pores and pimples. Which I never knew how to get rid of.


Luckily I chanced upon VitaRealm Skin Perfecting Essence. This Essence contains acerola cherry that helps to balance my sebum production, whiten and brighten my skin tone giving me this healthy glowing skin, it also greatly reduces my occasional outbreaks.

My First impression of the drink
